Subject: She was Running on Fumes Until…
Hello {firstname}, it’s Rose Finch with a story my friend Stephanie recently shared.
It was a typical Wednesday morning, Stephanie was working on her laptop…
Her phone dinged- text message, oldest kid: “Game got changed. 7:30. Can we give rides?”
She quickly ran through the day’s busy schedule- it would be tough, but she’d make it happen.
She sent back a thumb’s up and a basketball emoji.
Few minutes later, another ding- middle child this time: “History group project due tomorrow. Told everyone they can work at our house. That ok?”
Eighth graders. They’d be hungry. She’d have to pick up extra snacks.
She sent back a thumb’s up followed by a heart, then finished the letter for a client.
She reviewed her day’s calendar.
Conference call- 4pm
Pick up Dad’s gift- sale ends today.
…and then she saw it.
In bright red ink…
Lunch w/ Laura @ Rose Finch- noon
She’d completely forgotten.
The day was already hectic enough. Did she really need one more thing to squeeze in?
She sat there for half a second rubbing her forehead and weighing options.
The urge to cancel crept in. Laura would understand.

Does Stephanie’s story ring a bell? My hunch is your life is a lot like my friend’s- busy and demanding.
So, do you think she cancelled?
Nope. She didn’t.
She went.
She went out of necessity.
She went because every day is busy, every week filled with new goings-on.
She went because her internal gas gauge was nearing E.
And there was only one way to fill the tank…

Rose Finch Treatments for Two is the fastest, easiest way to refuel.
It’s such a simple concept- lunch and a mini spa treatment with a friend on Wednesdays here at Rose Finch.
All it takes is a few minutes to choose your options and book a reservation.
Listen, I’m just as busy as you are. My life is filled to the max running my business and taking care of family.
But I’ve learned that a break every now and then isn’t a luxury...
It’s a necessity.
What happens when you take a little time for yourself?
-You have more energy and stamina
-Those endless goings-on don’t feel like overwhelming demands. They seem easy and do-able.
-When the unexpected crops up, go with the flow.
When you’re refueled, you approach everyday life with more optimism and joy.
What greater gift could you give yourself and all those people who are counting on you?

Imagine sitting on the veranda at Rose Finch with a friend. Your feet are propped up on foot rests. Black flip-flops with a signature RF on the strap have been carefully slipped on.
You both sip peach mimosas and admire your freshly-polished toenails.
You listen to the soothing sound of the water falls. Birds are chirping softly and the flowers all around you are in full bloom.
It has only been an hour, but you already feel more relaxed and light-hearted.
Lunch arrives- light, healthy, satisfying.
As you hug your friend good-bye, you have a renewed sense of energy. You’re eager to get on with the busy-ness of your week.
Isn’t that exactly what you’ve been needing?

Stephanie went that day because she knows life doesn’t slow down when she’s running on fumes.
Like Stephanie, more of my clients are realizing it’s up to them to fill the empty tank.
Which is why we’ve been completely booked every Wednesday since I started Treatments for Two…
It’s so popular, I might add another day.
But for now, this is only available on Wednesdays.
